Qnext is a growing knowledge organisation for AI, data and business operations. We make sure AI and data genuinely contribute to better decisions and delivery — with human decision points and demonstrable governance from the design stage.

Why Qnext exists

Between the solo specialist and the big consultancy sits a gap

Growing mid-sized organisations know the pattern: figures from different systems don't add up, reporting takes manual work every month, Excel has quietly become business-critical, and AI is used without clear agreements. The information supply doesn't grow with the organisation.

For that challenge there was no fitting partner. The solo specialist builds a dashboard or an AI pilot but doesn't oversee the whole. The big consultancy writes a report but doesn't build. Qnext was founded to do both: set direction and deliver working solutions — and put the governance around them, so you can explain what you steer on.

We work with fixed propositions and a clear scope rather than hourly billing. You know up front what you get and what it delivers.

We are building a permanent multidisciplinary team of specialists in AI, data engineering, finance, operations and governance. The knowledge belongs structurally in-house: the five fields are not treated as separate disciplines — one team guards the coherence and takes responsibility for the result.

For highly specialised questions we add carefully selected partners — under our direction and according to our way of working.

The foundation

Qnext was founded by Jaco van der Starre, former Operations & Finance Director. Years of experience with governance, numbers and operations define how we work: first understand what an organisation steers on, then build.

That background is the foundation of the organisation and the standard the growing team commits to — business first, technology second, and governance from the design stage.
