Privacy statement
Qnext Data Analytics ("Qnext", "we") respects your privacy and handles personal data with care. This statement explains which data we process, why, and what rights you have.
Who we are

What data we process
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and your message — to answer your question. We keep this for no longer than 1 year after the last contact.
- Maturity scans (data and AI scan): name, company, e-mail address and your answers — to send you the advisory report and possibly follow up. We keep this for 1 year.
- Newsletter: your email address — to occasionally send practical tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Lead follow-up (CRM): if you submit the contact form, a scan or the newsletter signup, we also store those details in our customer relationship system (hosted in the EU), together with the campaign codes of your visit — without cookies and without visitor profiles — to follow up on your request. If you do not become a customer, we delete this data no later than 2 years after the last contact.
- Job applications (werkenbij.qnext.nl): name, contact details, motivation and your CV — to handle your application. We delete this no later than 4 weeks after the procedure ends, or keep it with your consent for up to 1 year for future vacancies.
- Client portal: account details (email, name, company) and the dashboards, invoices and documents linked to your account.
- Website analytics: the page visited, the source (domain only), campaign parameters from the link you arrived with (utm codes, without personal data), a coarse device category (mobile/tablet/desktop) and meaningful events such as a form submission. This is done without cookies and without storing anything in your browser; your IP address and browser characteristics are not stored and we do not track you across visits or websites. To count unique visitors we use an anonymised, daily-rotating code; events are deleted after 12 months.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. For the client portal and your language preference we only use functional, local browser storage (needed to keep you signed in and remember the language).
Processors
We engage parties that process data solely on our behalf, under data processing agreements and — where data may leave the EEA — with the corresponding safeguards: Netlify (hosting and forms; United States, Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses), Supabase (database and accounts; EU data location, US-managed, EU standard contractual clauses), Resend (e-mail delivery; United States, Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses), e-boekhouden (invoicing; Netherlands, no transfer outside the EEA) and Microsoft 365/Bookings (appointments and e-mail; EU data location).
Retention
We keep data no longer than necessary: the retention periods per purpose are listed above with each processing activity. Where a statutory retention obligation applies (such as the fiscal term for invoices), the statutory term prevails.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing. Send your request to jaco@qnext.nl; we will respond as soon as possible. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security
The website and portal work exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Client data is isolated per client and two-factor authentication is available for extra security.
Changes
We may update this statement. The most current version is always on this page.
